At Pura, we want you to love your home's atmosphere. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on all diffusers and unopened fragrance vials.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
